Datastories: When others say no, prove them wrong

For Katya Vladislavleva, the scientific chief of data and CEO of DataStories.com, mathematics and intelligent systems have always been her way of understanding the world, and now it is also her way of life and of doing business.

Through her startup, this Russian based in Belgium attempts to “change the boundaries of what is possible in predictive analytics.” And that’s what she’s doing after having changed her own doubts and her family’s fears, who thought that she was crazy for embarking on a business venture like this.

But she always knew, and it is this message that she offers to other entrepreneurs, “Never doubt yourself.”
