I truly believe that working in group is an advantage, we all have skills and if we create a team with the right people , I think we have one of the key of entrepreneurship success.

Responding question 4, I have to admit that I'been pushed to entrepeneurship. In Spain the job market is not doing quite well so, for me, now it is time to try something else than sending CV to hundred of companies

Finding the right team is hard... especially because a lot of times ideas are brainstormed amongst friends, so they all want to be a part of it... when in reality some of those friends aren't actually the most responsible or reliable workers...

A good way to recognize an opportunity out of an idea is to spend some time brainstorming and developing a simple CANVAS model. But it is even more important to identify the target market and talk to a few of them (future customers) in order to see whether they would buy your product/service. There is no business without customers! In some cases, we give up ideas because we (the person who has the idea) is not the right one to develop it, but someone else may be. In my opinion, any idea can become an opportunity with the right team and the right business model.

It's not always easy to tell when your idea is actually a good opportunity... for me talking about it with friends, co-workers and partners helps us define if it's actually viable or not

We all have ideas we share every day with friends and colleagues , but for me the main difference between an idea and an opportunity is when you have a good idea and a favourable situation : familial, social and financial.

I usually jot down every idea I have and then, I try to realize how it could be suited into a new business. Most times I end up rejecting the idea, but sometimes I do see an opportunity based in the needs of customers.
